Health and Dental Insurance
WFB offers comprehensive health and dental plans designed to be cost effective and high quality. WFB's health insurance program is designed to offer incentives to those who adopt healthier lifestyles.
Prescription Drug Program
WFB offers a retail prescription program and mail order program to employees and family members covered under the health insurance program.
Although vision is not part of our health insurance program, it is available as supplemental coverage.
Flexible Spending Accounts
WFB offers flexible spending accounts that allow employees to set aside part of their pre-tax earnings to pay for approved health care and dependent care expenses.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment
WFB pays for its full-time employees to have supplemental life and accidental death and dismemberment at the rate of one times the employee's base salary. Additional coverage is available for purchase.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
Should you become injured due to a non-work related injury or if you become ill, STD pays you two-thirds of your income for up to 26 weeks.
401(k) Retirement Plan
WFB offers a 401(k) retirement plan that enables employees to make either pre-tax or after-tax (Roth) contributions to a retirement plan. WFB matches $.50 for each dollar employees contribute to the plan up to 6% of their wages.
Vacation and Holiday Pay
Vacation time with pay is provided to employees based on their years of service and their employee status (full-time or part-time). In addition, employees receive six paid holidays and three personal days per year.
At WFB we believe that learning never stops. WFB encourages its employees to continue their education by attending business related seminars and completing coursework through accredited institutions for higher education. WFB pays for business related seminars and will reimburse coursework according to the guidelines in the Education Reimbursement Policy.
